3 very ripe bananas
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup sugar(or I used ½ c Agave)
2 cups flour ( I used whole wheat pastry
flour)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional) or vegan
margarine, softened
preheat oven to 360,
add all
ingredients and smash bananas.
Fill Cupcake tins 3/4 full you can use liners or spray with olive oil and bake for 20-22 minutes
